When entering from Campo Street you are in our south parking lot.  If it is full, proceed to drive between the buildings which brings you to our north parking area.  Then you walk back between the buildings - follow the signs back to the south parking lot and you will find the customer entrance.  If you want to enter the north parking lot from Griggs, be careful - Griggs is a One-Way street heading west.
We are located at the corner of Griggs and Campo - right across the street from the new federal courthouse.  Easy access in and out.  You can pull into our south parking lot from Campo street and if that one is full, continue through the middle of the buildings and you will find ample parking in our north parking lot.
Below is the building at 306 Griggs which houses our research department and title plant.  Our records date back to the early 1900's and we currently have over 20 years of computer indexed records to serve your every title need.
